2014 MC Earth Day Festival

Earth Day is on April 22 of every year and Montgomery College (MC) has events every year to celebrate for it and the whole college community is always invited. April 22 is on a Tuesday this year and the event will take place at MC Germantown from 11am – 1pm outside HS Building (rain location – bookstore lobby).

Some guests will be visiting which includes:

* Red Wiggler Community Farm
* the Montgomery County Recycling Canter: Waste Reduction and Recycling Specialist
* Master Gardner’s
* Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection/Watershed Volunteers.

MC student will have educational booths on air pollution, tap vs. bottled water taste test, games and a quiz.

Come out to the event, sounds like it is going to be lots of fun!
